South Carolina Trip: Charleston

Charleston is a very beautiful and elegant sea side city. While Columbia is laid back, relaxed, and friendly, Charleston is rather bustling and hopping. I visited the Francis Marion hotel which has  a very nice piano in the lobby. I stopped by Marion Square, a large park in the center of town as well. South Carolina Trip Part 1: Columbia

I had the opportunity to perform for an outdoor market in Charleston, SC, and I decided I would do some sight seeing as well! The first night I stopped in the state capital, Columbia. A very fresh and friendly town with an upbeat vibe. Plenty of great eats at Five Points. My hotel was at the University of South Carolina and within walking distance to most of the historical area. I took some pictures of  the State Capital Building while there. I stayed at the Inn at USC. .
